Our office staff is continually expanding, we have Patricia Allen as the Director of Nursing (Owner); Jenna Beaulieu as our Assistant Director of Nursing; Sierra Perras as the Office Manager, Notary Public, Credentialing Specialist & Human Resources; and Jessica Watkins as the Office Assistant Manager, Payroll & Billing Department.

Ms. Allen started her career in patient care in 2006. She began her studies at Lake Sumter State College, then transitioned to Phoenix University for her RN Degree, and is now attending South University for her Nurse Practitioner Degree. Patricia's knowledge across the healthcare field has been extensive; from Pediatrics, Nursing Consultant & Medical Reviewer for the State of Florida, to opening her own home health care agency.

Patricia Allen has diversified herself in the health care field and is certified to train in: CPR, First Aid, Blood Borne Pathogens, Medication Administration & Validations; PEFA Administration & Validations, and HHA & CNA Certification Training.

Ms. Beaulieu is our new Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON). She started her desire for nursing at Daytona State College then graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from University of North Florida. Her experience in the field has been diverse as well, from Psychiatric, Neonatal, and Pediatrics to Addiction and Detox. She has dedicated her nursing career to acknowledge, learn and help those with schizophrenia, substance abuse, depression and those who have suffered tremendous losses. Her caring and exceptional nursing skills make her a great asset to our team.

Ms. Perras was promoted from administrative assistant to her role as office manager in 2017. In her position, she directly supports the overall day-to-day operations of this home health care business. She has previous office management experience and has assisted with Abundant Life Nursing growing in many ways. Sierra started her business aspirations in 2007 at Lake Sumter State College, then Everest University, and completed her Bachelor's in Business Management from Florida Atlantic University. Ms. Watkins has extensive knowledge and skills in the billing, payroll and office day-to-day procedures of this home health care business. Her attention to detail and quality administrative techniques help our day-to-day operations.
